50% Falanghina, 35% Biancolella, 15% Fiano  

The '23 Bianco comes from our young vine Southern Italian whites. Falanghina drives this wine with its bright floral fruit and acidity. Bincolella softens the acidity, and Fiano adds texture, body and structure. Fermented and aged in Stainless steel and concrete tanks, this is a glimpse into the future of California white wine, at an everyday wine price.
